Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Representative to join our team at Rudd Equipment Company, Inc. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell parts and services to customers, with a focus on increasing sales in assigned territories.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Parts Manager and/or Service Manager to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Travel to customer sites and attend training and meetings as required.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or some college desired.
  • Previous sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment

This is a professional office environment, with a focus on customer service and sales. The successful candidate will be required to travel and work independently, as well as part of a team.
