Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading manufacturer of lift trucks, is seeking a skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of dock and door equipment and parts & service within a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a territory management plan to maximize time with customers.
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, and prepare quotations and customer correspondence.
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
