\u2022 Schedules patient appointments and coordinates with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
\u2022 Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history.
\u2022 Provides exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
\u2022 Associate's degree in a related field or 3 years of experience in an office/customer service environment.
