Qualifications and Skills:

  • We seek an insurance expert with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management within a regional or national insurance firm.

  • The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently, fostering strong client relationships through a proactive and consultative approach.

  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are essential for success in this role.

  • A valid TDI L&H State insurance license is mandatory.

  • Experience with self-funding is advantageous.
