Position Summary:
The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for overseeing Employee Benefits insurance accounts and providing exceptional service. This role collaborates closely with a Producer to facilitate the marketing process for both new and renewal business. As the main liaison between clients and insurance carriers, the Account Manager is dedicated to nurturing positive relationships to meet client needs and streamline business operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
We seek a seasoned insurance professional with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in employee benefits account management within a regional or national insurance agency. Experience with self-funding is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously while establishing strong, proactive relationships with clients in a consultative manner.
Essential Skills:
Exceptional communication and computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are vital for success in this role.
Licensing:
A valid state insurance license is mandatory.
