Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the OES team and local leadership to boost employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Design and evaluate employee engagement surveys to uncover trends and offer actionable insights.
  • Organize and deliver presentations and workshops aimed at enhancing organizational engagement for varied audiences.
  • Contribute to a thorough orientation process for new employees that aligns with our core values.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workgroups to encourage staff feedback and input.
  • Engage in departmental meetings and initiatives to further organizational objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to refine tools and resources utilized by the department.
