This full-time contract role is essential in ensuring excellent patient interactions at a prominent healthcare facility.

  • Compensation: $23.50/hour
  • Work Schedule: Day shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours each)
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • COVID Vaccination: Required

Position Overview: As a key member of the patient care team, the Patient Services Representative serves as the primary contact for patients. This role involves fostering positive patient relations, managing telephone communications, scheduling appointments, and handling patient registration. Additionally, responsibilities include collecting payments and co-payments, as well as maintaining accurate patient demographic and insurance records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office
  • Familiarity with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans
  • Experience in high-volume appointment scheduling within a call center environment
  • Preferred experience in an Orthopedic clinic
  • Knowledge of CS-Link/Epic systems is advantageous
