About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Forcepoint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and current business growth for all Forcepoint solutions within the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the Regional Vice President to develop and implement customer account plans that align with company goals and quota objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales resources, including SE, Channel, and Solutions Sales teams, to develop and implement customer account plans.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage and close forecasted opportunities.
  • Manage and drive revenue growth through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
  • Execute complex sales and manage the sales process and activities.
  • Manage prospect accounts and meet or exceed sales quota.
  • Interface with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information.
Requirements
  • University degree preferred and 2-5 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven Cyber Security experience, including Cloud Security, Network Security, and managing, growing, and taking ownership of accounts.
  • Previous experience with accounts with 2000 employees or more.
  • A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota.
  • Experience presenting to C-level / executive level contacts within customers' accounts.
  • Experience working with the Channel as well as developing business directly.
  • Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources and external partners at all levels.
  • Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN.
  • A structured and processed style of working with good time-management skills.
  • Experience working across various vertical markets.
  • Good analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
