Mid-Market Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Forcepoint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and current business growth for all Forcepoint solutions within the US.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with the Regional Vice President to develop and implement customer account plans that align with company goals and quota objectives.
- Collaborate with sales resources, including SE, Channel, and Solutions Sales teams, to develop and implement customer account plans.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage and close forecasted opportunities.
- Manage and drive revenue growth through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
- Execute complex sales and manage the sales process and activities.
- Manage prospect accounts and meet or exceed sales quota.
- Interface with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information.
- University degree preferred and 2-5 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience.
- Proven Cyber Security experience, including Cloud Security, Network Security, and managing, growing, and taking ownership of accounts.
- Previous experience with accounts with 2000 employees or more.
- A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota.
- Experience presenting to C-level / executive level contacts within customers' accounts.
- Experience working with the Channel as well as developing business directly.
- Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources and external partners at all levels.
- Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN.
- A structured and processed style of working with good time-management skills.
- Experience working across various vertical markets.
- Good analytical and forecasting skills.
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
