Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all data entry into the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Champion the Omni Six Pillars Culture on property, promoting opportunities within the hotel and company.

  • Participate in stand-up meetings with managers, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with the development of associate communication networks, including bulletin boards, department communication boards, posters, and flyers.
  • Participate in planning and execution of associate events, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Participate in orientation presentations and tours, providing a warm welcome to new associates.
  • Assist with organization of training programs, maintaining tracking logs and ensuring compliance.
  • Work with departmental management to ensure Safety Training is a priority, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Answer phones and handle phone inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Type memos and other correspondence, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekends.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Products.
  • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levels.
  • Two years of Human Resource experience or equivalent required.
