Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the staffing industry, with a strong focus on business development and account management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Think critically and strategically to plan and execute successful projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the LA and Orange County markets.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business development and account management in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
