About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Director to spearhead our brand growth and customer-driven initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global integrated marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes and propel company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product management, product design, and other cross-functional teams to drive business results and deliver world-class marketing campaigns.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize research and data to inform marketing strategy and improve the customer experience.
  • Build and Inspire a Dynamic Team: Foster a supportive environment through mentorship and thoughtful leadership of a growing team.
  • Develop and Execute Global Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute robust marketing strategies that scale with our rapid growth, including online/offline advertising, web, events, and more.
  • Partner with External Companies: Influence cross-functional leadership and partner with external companies to drive business results.
  • Model Inclusive Behaviors: Build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Brand and product marketing, B2B products, and/or brand management experience.
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Team leadership, cross-functional team leadership, or team management experience.
  • Track Record of Success: Developing global strategy and delivering impactful marketing and PR campaigns internationally.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven experience in using data to inform strategy and communication.
  • Global Marketing Experience: Experience developing and executing global integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Partnership Experience: Experience partnering with external companies and influencing cross-functional leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
