Job Overview

We are in search of a meticulous and guest-oriented Event Operations Manager to oversee the flawless execution of events. This role is crucial in coordinating all facets of event services, guaranteeing outstanding guest experiences, and managing event personnel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, a strong customer service orientation, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their event needs and expectations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute various events, including weddings, conferences, banquets, and special occasions.
  • Supervise the setup, decor, and logistics of events to ensure all elements are executed flawlessly.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Banquet team before and during events, addressing any special requests and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Ensure all client expectations are met or surpassed.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve requests with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
