Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate qualified vendors who meet compliance standards.
  • Choose the best vendors to provide needed services and manage contracts.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company and customer requirements.
  • Investigate issues and develop plans for resolution.
  • Track tasks and jobs, evaluating quality of service delivery.
  • Provide documentation and manage invoicing.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
