About Us: McSteven's Inc is a small-medium manufacturer of packaged dry beverage mixes and dry baking mixes. We specialize in unique and giftable packaging, licensing, private label, and bulk sales. With a 50,000 sf manufacturing plant located in Vancouver, Washington State, we sell our products wholesale to retailers throughout the USA and Canada.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented National Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
Our Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the packaged food industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving sales efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Benefits:
A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
