Business Development Representative

DXP Enterprises, a leading professional distribution management company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for the company.
About the Role:
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication skills.
- You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and introducing them to our product line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make 50-100 outbound phone calls per day to engage prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads within target industries using various tools and resources.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure that they align with our business goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but internships or previous customer-facing roles are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
