We're seeking a full-time, entry-level Account Executive to join our team and grow with us. Prior sales experience is not required; what we need is a positive go-getter attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine customer service mindset. We'll provide on-the-job training and professional development resources to kick-start your sales career.
Job Description- Build and foster strong business relationships with clients, coaching and managing field employees and delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach.
- Grow sales by prospecting, cold calling, and canvassing within your territory, managing current clients, and developing new business.
- Commitment to safety: conduct safety walkouts with field employees and review safety checklists to ensure protocols are upheld.
- Ensure client satisfaction by conducting routine check-ins and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing best practices and maintaining open communication and transparency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships.
- Critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving, team player mentality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability.
- Able to bounce back from setbacks, enjoys challenges, and is assertive in nature.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to win, and eager to succeed.
Total Rewards include an annual salary of $60,000 with uncapped commission, monthly auto reimbursement, company-matched 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year-
