**About the Position:**

As a B2B Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in promoting Mitchell 1's award-winning automotive repair and management software to automotive professionals in Vancouver WA and surrounding cities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain a professional network.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Paid every two weeks.
  • New Rep Bonus: Up to $22,000 in bonus money within the first 4 months.
  • Ongoing sales support, product support, and marketing materials.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, based on performance.
