Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with the outgoing shift and management to stay informed about hotel operations.
  • Delivering prompt check-in and check-out services.
  • Being well-informed about hotel facilities and scheduled events.
  • Providing guests with details regarding hotel regulations and available amenities/services.
  • Assisting in achieving monthly brand standard objectives related to customer satisfaction, employee training, and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Hilton/OnQ systems is mandatory.
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong commitment to work and a desire for success.
  • Must have a clean background check and reliable means of transportation.
  • Proficient in basic accounting and math, comfortable with technology, and possess excellent customer service and communication abilities.
