Your Role:

This position entails, but is not limited to:
  • Conducting consultative sales meetings to identify challenges and propose solutions for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Meeting monthly sales objectives.
  • Demonstrating drive and motivation to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Prospecting new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to track performance against KPIs and targets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in generating new business in a self-directed B2B client-facing role.
  • A strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) and the ability to develop a personal prospect list.
  • Motivation to meet sales KPIs.
  • The capability to close deals efficiently.
  • A commitment to achieving success in sales.
  • A positive attitude and accountability for personal successes and setbacks.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, free from multiple infractions in the past year.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new business.
  • Experience in upselling software solutions.
  • A competitive spirit with a desire to succeed.
