Job Summary:

As a Telecommunications Representative with The Salvation Army Central Territory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our visitors and callers. Your primary duties will include answering and/or transferring all incoming calls, providing general information and directions to callers and guests, and greeting all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and/or transfer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide general information and directions to callers and guests
Greet all visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Page staff members and make general announcements
Ensure messages are distributed to the appropriate persons in a timely manner
Take control of the front lobby area by ensuring there is no unauthorized gathering or excessive noise
Receive mail delivery from the postal carrier and ensure its delivery to the Executive Administration Department

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
TB Test and police clearance required
