POSITION SUMMARY :

The primary aim of this role is to efficiently drive local lead generation and community awareness through Direct Marketing Programs (Canvassing), adhering to a defined budget for spending and lead acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (up to 7 points):

Leads a team of Direct Marketing Associates (canvassers) with a hands-on approach, providing motivation and coaching to help the team achieve their daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Recruits, hires, and trains Direct Marketing Associates (DMA) utilizing cost-effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team as necessary. Supervises all DMA field operations, including in-field and office training, role-playing, daily meetings, and motivating team members. Cultivates the culture of the local Proximity Marketing team by modeling desired behaviors and techniques, with a strong emphasis on role-playing company methodologies. Monitors and guides each team member in the field to ensure adherence to established procedures, scripts, and customer service standards. Handles administrative duties such as coordinating canvassing logistics with mapping and tracking through company software, managing permit logistics, maintaining scripts and flyers, and verifying leads collected during shifts. Provides insights to managers and team members regarding neighborhoods and areas where Renewal by Andersen's products and services can be showcased to generate qualified leads and appointments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). A college degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity within canvassing or face-to-face marketing initiatives. Proven track record of developing, motivating, and leading high-performing teams to meet sales objectives. Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training programs, coach and mentor individuals, and inspire teams to achieve their goals. Strong coaching skills to empower and develop team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. Proven strategic thinking abilities, anticipating challenges, and crafting effective solutions to meet long-term objectives. Capable of analyzing market trends, audience insights, and performance data to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and budget management capabilities to maximize efficiency and achieve financial goals. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY :

·Must be able to walk 3-5 miles daily.
