The Operational Excellence Manager will report directly to the Plant Director. Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Operational Excellence Manager to join our Engineering team. This is a permanent role that requires a professional with a solid background in TPM manufacturing and a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of identifying and executing effective strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Familiarity with Power BI, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Total Productive Maintenance is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and oversee a comprehensive operational excellence strategy to boost productivity and efficiency across all engineering functions.
2. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to reduce downtime and optimize equipment usage.
3. Utilize Power BI for data analysis and to generate actionable insights that promote continuous improvement.
4. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects to pinpoint and resolve the underlying causes of inefficiencies or quality challenges.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement best practices and process enhancements.
6. Provide training and support to all personnel on continuous improvement techniques and methodologies.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve business goals.
8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the Engineering sector.
3. Demonstrated experience with TPM manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
4. Proficient in Power BI and other data analysis tools.
