Your Role

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Brand Marketing team to effectively implement and execute the company's customer marketing strategy.

This position involves assisting in the coordination of various marketing initiatives, from research and planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

To succeed in this role, a combination of creativity, organizational abilities, and marketing expertise is essential to contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, web, print, and more.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that align with Lowe's marketing strategy.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.

4. Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, merchandising, and finance, to ensure marketing efforts are consistent with overall business goals.

5. Support cross-functional teams in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints by utilizing brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.

6. Work with the creative team to develop brand assets for internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate brand representation.

7. Manage timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

8. Assist in managing and updating marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed within the allocated budget.

9. Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to reconcile expenses, forecast future expenditures, and provide ongoing reports to leadership.

10. Develop, update, and distribute marketing materials to keep stakeholders informed about the latest marketing plans.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.

- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Project Management, Digital and/or Social Media, and market research.
