Job Title: Associate Director of Field Leadership Sales Training

Unicon Pharma Inc is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director of Field Leadership Sales Training to lead the development and execution of sales training programs for our US Sales team. As a key member of our Commercial Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training curricula that drive sales excellence and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales training programs that align with our business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales leaders and teams.
  • Manage and execute training projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in sales training and development, or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or a PhD and 8 years of experience.

• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs that drive sales growth and competitiveness.

• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in curriculum development, project management, executive presence, facilitation expertise, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience and skills in sales leadership and sales leadership training.
  • Clear and concise written communication.
