Job Title: Associate Director, Field Leadership Sales Training

Job Summary:
As the Associate Director of Field Leadership Sales Training, you will lead the development and execution of Field Leadership curriculum for the US Sales team. This role involves creating and implementing coaching curriculum, best-in-class onboarding for new RDs, and competencies for sales leaders. You will work closely with US leadership and potentially expand globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales training curriculum, focusing on adult learning principles and sales leadership training.
  • Collaborate with US and global stakeholders to define performance outcomes and required behaviors, skills, and knowledge.
  • Review existing training inventory to determine viability for reuse or adaptation at a global level.
  • Design and build new content, incorporating motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques.
  • Ensure competencies and corresponding training achieve competitiveness and operational excellence.
  • Lead by example, respecting Varite's core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, excellence, and inclusion.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience
  • Masters' Degree and Ten Years' Experience
  • PhD and Eight Years' Experience

  • Establish credibility as an expert in Leadership Training and Development
  • Develop and deliver compelling training to large audiences
  • Connect and align stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
  • Lead collaborative and creative problem-solving
  • Excellence in program management, project management, change management, and managing multiple projects/priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
