Market Manager, Center for Private Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to join our team at the Center for Private Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Charlotte and Western Carolina regions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospective Member Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and recruit new members
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective members
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to promote membership
- New Member Experience Management:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new members
- Existing Member Experience Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members
- Conduct regular check-ins with members to ensure their needs are being met
- Data Management:
- Utilize our data management platform to track member engagement and activity
- Center Development and Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of business growth strategies
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of business development and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
