Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our business clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
