Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Join Liberty Hardware Mfg. Corp. as a Product Marketing Manager and take on a key role in driving the success of our product lines. As a champion for our products, you will lead the development and execution of the annual plan, utilizing market requirements and consumer insights to establish the scope of our product offering.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Marketing Research to perform market and trend research, determine market potential, and identify consumer insight needs or trends.
  • Lead category new product development utilizing the Stage Gate Process to bring meaningful innovation to our product lines.
  • Conduct data analytics, gap analyses, and competitive and consumer insights research to inform positioning and/or marketing strategies.
  • Proactively grow and optimize performance of assigned products to deliver against department P&L.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 4-7 years of business or marketing experience, preferably in a channel or product marketing role with P&L responsibilities.
  • Experience managing consumer goods or building products is a plus.
