Role Overview:

In the capacity of Vice President, you will be instrumental in spearheading and executing intricate financial transactions while offering strategic counsel to our healthcare clientele. Your core responsibilities will encompass:

  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee and manage all facets of deal execution, which includes financial assessment, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their distinct requirements, and delivering customized financial solutions.
  • Sector Knowledge: Utilize your sector knowledge to pinpoint potential opportunities and propel business development initiatives.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance, training, and encouragement.
  • Financial Evaluation: Perform thorough financial evaluations, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis, to assess potential investment opportunities and inform decision-making processes.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking.
  • A proven history of leading and executing successful M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics within the specified areas.
  • Outstanding analytical, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
