Role Overview:
In the capacity of Vice President, you will be instrumental in steering and executing intricate financial transactions while offering strategic counsel to our healthcare clientele. Your core responsibilities will encompass:
- Transaction Management: Oversee and coordinate all facets of deal execution, which includes financial assessments, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and documentation.
- Client Engagement: Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their distinct requirements, and delivering customized financial solutions.
- Sector Knowledge: Utilize your industry insight to pinpoint potential opportunities and propel business development initiatives.
- Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance, training, and encouragement.

Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking.
- A proven history of leading and executing successful M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory engagements.
- Extensive industry knowledge in healthcare and an understanding of market dynamics within the specified sectors.
- Outstanding analytical, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
