Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in the Customer Service Department
  • Ensure quality service in authorization processing and phone calls
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or operations management
  • Experience in managed care, health plans, or medical groups
  • Knowledge of health plan benefits, claims, and ICD-9/CPT coding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with Epic, Echo Access, and other healthcare software
  • Knowledge of business operations, finance, and human resources
