Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Service Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Manage Front End Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front end, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment and troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
- Coordinate Scheduling and Breaks: Ensure that team members are scheduled and breaks are coordinated to meet the needs of the store.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must also be able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
