Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating a welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
  • Support store management in daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, providing expert advice and solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain organized sales and stock areas.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive team atmosphere and guiding store associates during shifts.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

While this position does not have direct reports, the Customer Service Lead will act as a shift supervisor, guiding team members in the absence of higher management. A valid driver's license is required for this role.
