We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team in CA. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, executing store operations during scheduled shifts, and modeling outstanding customer service and selling skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist store management team in ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests
  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including allocating staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked
  • Organize sales floor and stock areas to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals and customers
  • Interact with customers via phone and in-person to offer expert advice and process transactions
  • Uphold Dunn-Edwards store vision of fast and reliable service
  • Continuously learn about the industry, products, and services through Dunn-Edwards Learning Network and job certification programs
Requirements
  • Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively
  • Valid driver's license
