About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Philanthropic Development Specialist to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This individual will play a critical role in securing planned gifts supporting our organization's mission and establishing us as the charity of choice for such gifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and implement the planned giving program for Northern California Regions, focusing on new gift commitments for our organization.
  • Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gift planning prospects and donors in the Region.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to think creatively, and a strong understanding of philanthropic development strategies.
