Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance and Insurance (F&I) operations at Route 1 Hyundai in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, offering a competitive base draw plus commission.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $130,000 to $300,000 per year, paid weekly

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage all F&I operations, including customer financing, insurance, and aftermarket product sales
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers
  3. Work with sales team to maximize profits by structuring deals and offering appropriate financing and insurance options
  4. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to F&I processes and documentation
  5. Train and develop sales and finance team members on F&I processes and selling techniques
  6. Manage all F&I paperwork and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deals
  7. Continuously monitor market and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Finance Manager in the auto industry
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes, regulations, and best practices
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profit goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and finance-related software programs
  • Must be able to sell products based on customer needs and wants
