Job Title: Accounting Manager

Vaco is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete Month End Close process, including General Ledger management, AP/AR operations, and Product & Labor Costing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Monthly Closing Procedures, encompassing General Ledger Maintenance and Entry Adjustments
  • Review and Interpretation of Financial Reports
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
  • Liquidity Assessment and Monitoring
  • Financial Planning and Projections
  • Conduct Product and Workforce Cost Analysis
  • Execute Revenue Acknowledgment Protocols
  • Provide Support During Auditing Processes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Construction accounting
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Accounting expertise
  • Proficiency in complex Excel functions and operations
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ViewPoint Vista ERP system

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
