Customer Relationship Manager

Citizens Bank is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and helping them achieve their long-term goals.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners through effective communication and collaboration.
- Selling and promoting financial products such as loans, credit cards, and investments to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of $25.50 - $31.75 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
