Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling phone and online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle phone and online orders, including taking payments and processing transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front and back of house areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
