Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Digital Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying their financial needs, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized service.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell DCU products and services to members.
  • Process loan requests, verify documents, and conduct loan closings in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Accurately process teller transactions, assist with end-of-day balancing, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Conduct audits of membership applications, account maintenance forms, and completed loan files to ensure compliance with DCU policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and technical skills (Word, Excel, Email) required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
