Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively address patient concerns utilizing the established HEART Model. Provide exceptional service and manage patient requirements proficiently.

Assist with billing processes while maintaining confidentiality regarding patient information.

  • Conduct point of service tasks
  • Support the use of front-end technology for both caregivers and patients
  • Work collaboratively with clinical personnel and comply with regulatory policies

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Dexterity to operate office equipment effectively
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Good visual acuity and ability to stand or sit for extended periods
