Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Operate store technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate store technology and assist with store operations
  • Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards
Work Environment:

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be exposed to varying temperatures, including cold and hot environments, and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
