Unit Description:

We are in search of a skilled Facilities Operations Supervisor to manage our esteemed client relationships. This role will primarily involve overseeing communication with external service providers while also addressing various operational challenges independently and collaboratively with our team. Responsibilities will include managing daily equipment maintenance, addressing furniture needs, and ensuring the functionality of HVAC and plumbing systems. The selected candidate will also maintain a strong partnership with our HVAC service provider and coordinate electrical maintenance as necessary. Flexibility in work hours is essential, as this position may require night shifts to facilitate repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise one additional manager, typically in accounts with lower volume and staffing levels.
- Engage in hands-on management through regular site visits.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff effectively.

Client interaction and technical support

Oversee payroll and time management for frontline personnel

Coordinate and manage projects efficiently

Handle work orders and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Oversee mechanical systems, including HVAC

Manage financial aspects of the operations

Foster strong client relationships and engagement

Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related field.
  • Experience may substitute for formal education, with five years of relevant experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems preferred. A minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in managing electronic control and HVAC systems is required.
