Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor coordinates the activities of employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining commercial, industrial, and medical premises. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, inspecting work, and resolving worker issues. The ideal candidate will have two years of supervision experience and floor care expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work
- Oversee floor and carpet care employees
- Issue supplies and equipment
- Resolve worker problems or refer to Manager
- Perform duties of workers supervised
- Directly supervise 2 to 50 employees
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance
- Address customer complaints and resolve problems
Requirements
Two years of supervision experience and floor care expertise required. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Reliable transportation necessary. Must meet physical requirements of position and pass background check and drug screen.
