As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work to ensure conformance to standards
- Oversee floor and carpet care employees, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Issue supplies and equipment as needed, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Directly supervise 2 to 50 employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Appraise employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Address customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two years of experience in supervision and floor care
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- A clean background check and drug screen
