About the Job

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team for a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of human resources experience, along with proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective operational services and advice to business leaders.
  • Resolve employee conduct/relation issues and support performance improvement.
  • Build morale, increase productivity and retention, and improve work relationships.
  • Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.
  • Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 6+ years of HR Generalist experience in employee relations, HRIS, performance and policy strategy is required.
  • Ability to work on-site 2-3x per week in Washington, DC.
