Administra todos los archivos de personal de manera confidencial y por horas. Realiza un seguimiento de la asistencia diaria de los empleados. Crea y mantiene archivos para todos los nuevos integrantes del equipo. Actualiza el estado de los empleados según sea necesario, como cambios de dirección, transferencias, aumentos salariales, y terminaciones. Procesa y registra información relevante, como datos personales, compensación, beneficios y asistencia.
Organiza la documentación y carga todos los documentos relacionados con programas y regulaciones federales. Actúa como punto de contacto para los empleados.
Soporte al Empleado. Fomenta relaciones laborales efectivas con los empleados y la dirección. Trabaja en un entorno que exige la más alta confidencialidad, honestidad e integridad. Proporciona apoyo y orientación del departamento de recursos humanos como representante de esta área. Revisa los archivos de empleados para responder a consultas y proporciona información a las partes autorizadas. Mantiene y distribuye información actualizada sobre empleados, manuales de políticas y procedimientos, y otras comunicaciones. Realiza una breve orientación para explicar los beneficios.
Gestión de Información en Sistemas de Recursos Humanos (HRIS). Verifica semanalmente la información de tiempo de los gerentes y supervisores para asegurar un procesamiento adecuado de la nómina. Mantiene la información de los empleados en los Sistemas de Recursos Humanos.
Realiza seguimiento con los gerentes para garantizar la precisión de los registros de asistencia. Efectúa la entrada de datos en los Sistemas de Recursos Humanos.
Asistencia en Responsabilidades Generales de Recursos Humanos. Colabora en el mantenimiento de niveles adecuados de personal y apoya en otras actividades de empleo, incluyendo la provisión de asistencia necesaria para el proceso de solicitud de empleo, gestión de requisiciones, proceso de contratación y orientación de nuevos empleados cuando sea necesario.
Participación como Miembro del Equipo. Contribuye al desarrollo, comunicación e implementación continua de conceptos, programas y políticas del equipo; coordina el trabajo para asegurar las mejores prácticas entre todos los miembros del equipo. Asiste a reuniones de equipo pertinentes. Como miembro del equipo, promueve una fuerte cohesión en relación con temas importantes, como dirección, planificación anual, presupuesto y cambios de políticas. Acepta la responsabilidad de identificar rápidamente cualquier área que carezca de cohesión, informando al líder del equipo y colaborando con el equipo para resolver problemas y buscar activamente formas de mejorar la sinergia dentro de la organización.
Conocimiento de los Principios y Objetivos de los Sistemas Operativos de Simmons: Está familiarizado con los sistemas operativos establecidos de Simmons (por ejemplo, calidad, seguridad, políticas de la empresa); comprende la responsabilidad de mantenerse informado sobre estos sistemas y el papel de este puesto en su apoyo, considerando el impacto de las acciones individuales en los sistemas y la responsabilidad de comunicar inquietudes e ideas de mejora.

Actividades Físicas:
Ingresa y localiza información en una computadora. Verifica visualmente información, a menudo en letras pequeñas.
Se comunica con clientes, proveedores o empleados por teléfono, en persona y/o correo electrónico. Puede presentar información a grupos pequeños o grandes. Debe poder trabajar en diversas condiciones ambientales. Se mueve en un entorno de fabricación y áreas circundantes.
Equipo de Protección Personal (PPE): Según lo requiera la instalación visitada.
Viaje:
Viaja nacionalmente hacia y desde varias instalaciones o sitios de trabajo.
Experiencia Técnica:
1 año de experiencia en recursos humanos, comprensión exhaustiva de las políticas y leyes de Recursos Humanos. Uso competente de Microsoft Suite.
Experiencia en la Industria:
Preferencia por organizaciones de procesamiento de alimentos.
Educación Mínima:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Educación Preferida:
Título universitario en Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, Comportamiento Organizacional, Psicología IO u otros títulos relacionados, Certificación SPHR.
