About Us:

The Amazon Go Finance organization is dedicated to shaping the long-term strategy and future of grocery and convenience formats across Amazon.

Our team is responsible for helping to drive sales and cost out initiatives in the Amazon Go stores.

We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team and support the Category Management teams.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Amazon Go Category and Merchandising teams to identify, recommend, and validate success criteria for initiatives to drive sales and cost out initiatives.

They will establish and maintain key financial and operating metrics, design and develop reporting and bridging analysis, and present financial summaries and business insights to senior leadership.

The Finance Manager will also lead the short and long-term forecasting process, develop scalable and efficient financial processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to build financial models and analysis for business and investment decisions.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field, and a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 3+ years of finance experience.

They will have experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and applying key financial performance indicators to analyses.

The successful candidate will also have experience building financial and operational reports, creating process improvements with automation and analysis, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
