Job Summary

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist and Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Perform routine x-ray examinations in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, and procedures, and applicable regulations under direct supervision of the treating clinician.
  • Patient Care: Escort patients to dressing and x-ray rooms, provide verbal and/or written instructions, and assist patients in positioning body parts to be radiographed.
  • Medical Support: Assist providers during examination and treatment, perform routine medical procedures as ordered by the treating clinician, and triage emergent patients as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete quality assurance activities, and perform front office duties, including greeting patients, obtaining authorization, and checking in/out.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, and graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Certifications: Registered with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and active and valid certification.
  • Experience: At least six months or more of medical assistant experience with knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology.
