The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to designated E-Comm Customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication with client facilities concerning pending orders and streamline processes
- Address client inquiries promptly, within a 2-hour timeframe
- Investigate and redirect unsuccessful orders to the relevant team members
- Maintain essential contact lists for clients and internal teams
- Oversee the sales process from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Collections
- Analyze daily order flow and placement for designated clients
- Resolve client concerns related to shipments and invoices, including returns
- Prepare reports for outstanding and overdue orders
- Collaborate with colleagues to address any discrepancies
- Adhere to established procedures and work instructions
- Work with internal and external teams for the implementation of new customers
- Create Purchase Orders for rebilling purposes
- Manage customer credit card details and transactions
- Assist with additional corporate responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Excel
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
