Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to designated E-Comm Customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication with client facilities concerning pending orders and streamline processes
  • Address client inquiries promptly, within a 2-hour timeframe
  • Investigate and redirect unsuccessful orders to the relevant team members
  • Maintain essential contact lists for clients and internal teams
  • Oversee the sales process from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Collections
  • Analyze daily order flow and placement for designated clients
  • Resolve client concerns related to shipments and invoices, including returns
  • Prepare reports for outstanding and overdue orders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address any discrepancies
  • Adhere to established procedures and work instructions
  • Work with internal and external teams for the implementation of new customers
  • Create Purchase Orders for rebilling purposes
  • Manage customer credit card details and transactions
  • Assist with additional corporate responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Excel

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
